- By subscribing to Disney Club, you will receive a free welcome pack, which includes:
- A classic Disney storybook – collector’s edition (48 pages - 20 x 27.5 cm – foam cover)
- A Mickey and his Friends storybook (32 pages – 14 x 17.4 cm – hard cover)
- A fun Disney plastic figurine (height: between 2.5 and 13 cm)
You only have to pay postage & packaging (£3.99).
- WHAT WILL I GET IN THE FOLLOWING PACKS?
- Each month, you will receive a pack with:
- A classic Disney storybook – collector’s edition (48 pages - 20 x 27.5 cm – foam cover)

Each pack retails for £11 (+ £3.99 of P&P).
- HOW MANY PACKS ARE THERE IN MY COLLECTION?
- The Disney Club collection will change depending on new Disney features and our customers’ preferences. The full list is a secret, since we want to keep the element of surprise when opening your package. There are around 50 titles planned in the collection.
- WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
- Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the subsequent deliveries, simply return them to us within 14 days at your own expense at the following address : - Hachette Partworks Shop / mda Swift Park / Old Leicester Road / Rugby / CV21 1DZ. If any delivery arrives damaged, we'll replace it immediately. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. - HOW LONG WILL MY PACK TAKE TO SHIP?
- The shipping time for your welcome pack will be around 28 days from the day your order is confirmed. You will receive a new pack each month after this.
- HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT WORK?
- You will be charged 7 days after your pack has been dispatched. You will first be charged £3.99 for your welcome pack. You will then be charged £11 for each of the following monthly packs (+£3.99 P&P). You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
- HOW DOES THE CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL WORK?
- You will first be charged £3.99 for your welcome offer and payment for your first dispatch will be taken immediately. For subsequent payments, you will be charged £11+£3.99 for each of the following monthly boxes, 7 days after your box has been dispatched. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
